Exchange Policy (Applicable for Domestic Orders Only)

We offer exchange for products under the following conditions:

Eligible for Exchange If:

• The product received is damaged.
• You need a different size.
• You wish to exchange due to style preference.

Exchange Terms:

• Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
• Products purchased online cannot be exchanged in physical stores.
• Exchange processing may take 9–18 business days.
• Reverse pickup will be arranged by our team.
• If requested size/product is unavailable, a coupon code valid for 6 months will be issued.
• Exchange courier charges will be borne by Pinakii.

Return / Refund Policy (Applicable for Domestic Orders Only)

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged or defective.
• Wrong product/style/size has been delivered.

Refund Terms:

• Refund request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
• Products purchased online cannot be returned in physical stores.
• Refund process may take 10–15 business days after approval.
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Pinakii reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refund.
• Return courier charges will be borne by Pinakii.

Sale / Discounted Items

• Discounted / Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Orders placed during sale periods cannot be cancelled due to shipment delays.
• Pinakii reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability.

Coupon Code Policy

• Coupon codes are valid for 6 months from issue date.
• Coupon codes are one-time use only.
• Coupon codes can be redeemed only on the online store.
• Expired coupon codes will not be reissued or refunded.
